Books and Poems of Wonder

April 17, 2007

Well, my only defense in not updating this homepage is that I'm still new to the idea of my own website, and putting up news is odd... since I'm not sure what is newsworthy. My leaky toilet? Beluga's new found love of sauerkraut?

How about a book signing at Books of Wonder? I will still just be signing my first, and only book Spiral-Bound... but this is the first time in a children's book store, which is very exciting to me. It's on Sunday April 22nd from 1:00-3:00. There is a pretty great line-up:

SIENA CHERSON SIEGEL
MARK SIEGEL
To Dance
GEORGE O'CONNOR
Journey Into Mohawk Country
AARON RENIER
Spiral-Bound
CHRISTINE NORRIE
Breaking Up
Hopeless Savages
JEFF KINNEY
Diary of a Wimpy Kid
DAVE ROMAN
Agnes Quill

Every single person there is another reason to come. It'll be fun. Also if you haven't been to Books of Wonder, well, there is another reason to stop by. It's a really great place. It's located in Manhattan on 18th street.  18 West 18th Street to be exact. That's ANOTHER reason you should come. Easy to remember. 18 on 18.  So I will see you there.

Also I wish I would have said this earlier... one of my best friends, Gabrielle Bell has a visual interpretation of an Emily Dickinson here. Check it out. Download it.

I promise to be better about updating this, just like I promise to fix my leaky toilet.
